Hi boys,

Here we go!

The AGM is booked in for 17^th-19^th September (Fri-Sun) at the Narrabeen Sport & Rec. camp.

We can check in on Friday 4pm (earlier if we need to) and check out Sunday 4pm.

The accommodation is 3 people per room and I have allowed for 20 to 25 people. The cost per head is approximately $178.00 per person all meals and facilities included. The price just blew everything else out of the water.

The only thing we really have to sort out is transfers from the Airport to Narrabeen. We will have a fair few people driving so if we get a 8-12 seater as well we should be right.

I’ll start getting the word out to everyone but in the meantime we need to start worming on the agenda and schedule.

Jim has mentioned that the defib guys are just up the road at Forestville and he will be contacting them to see if they can organise a training session for us at either the rec camp or at their office.

I will chase up Peter Holman and see if he can have the new website finished before then so that we can present it to the group and Peter can explain some of the functions.
